Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations — you may initiate a return after receiving the package instead.

A: Yes! All orders within the United States ship FREE — no minimum order required. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after processing.

A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After processing:

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A:No. We currently only ship within the United States.

 

Q: How do I track my order?

Q: What if my package shows as delivered but I haven't received it?

A: First, check with neighbors and look around your delivery area. Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely. If you still haven't received it after 48 hours, contact us at info@laclothes.store and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be:
• Unworn and unwashed, with no signs of wear, makeup stains, or odors
• In original condition with all tags attached
• In original packaging when possible

Non-returnable items: Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance," bodysuits, swimwear, accessories (jewelry, scarves, hats, bags), items purchased with 40%+ promotional discounts, and gift cards.

 

Q: How do I start a return?

A: Step 1: Email us at info@laclothes.store with your order number and reason for return.
Step 2: We will respond within 24 hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
Step 3: Pack items securely, include the RMA number, and ship to the address provided.

Important: Do not send returns without an RMA number — unauthorized returns may be refused.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error — wrong item, defective product, or incorrect size shipped).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service. LA CLOTHES is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

 

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?

A: Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt at our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Credit card refunds: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement (depending on your bank)

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 

Q: Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

A: Yes! We offer free size exchanges within the United States. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. We will ship the replacement item at no additional cost once we receive the original item.

For a different color or style, please initiate a return and place a new order — this ensures you receive your preferred item before it sells out.

Q: What if I received a damaged or defective item?

A: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@laclothes.store with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

A: Yes. The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
