We want you to love your purchase from LA CLOTHES. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help with returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return Window
· You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
· Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
· Unworn and unwashed — items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear, makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume, or pet hair
· Original tags attached — all tags must remain attached in their original placement
· Original packaging — items should be returned in the original poly bag or packaging when possible
· Free from odors — items must be free of any smoke, perfume, or other strong odors
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
· Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
· Bodysuits and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
· Accessories (jewelry, scarves, hats, bags)
· Items purchased with a promotional discount of 40% or more
· Gift cards
How to Start a Return
Step 1: Request a Return
· Email us at info@laclothes.store with your order number and reason for return
· Or call us at +1 (424) 464-0220 during business hours (Mon–Sun, 11 AM – 7 PM PST)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
· We will review your request and respond within 24 hours
· You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
· Do not send returns without an RMA number — unauthorized returns may be refused
Step 3: Ship Your Return
· Pack items securely in the original packaging or a similar mailer
· Include the RMA number inside the package
· Ship to the address provided in your return authorization email
Step 4: Refund Processing
· Returns are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt at our warehouse
· You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Original Shipping Fees
· Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or incorrect size shipped)
Return Shipping Costs
· Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
· We recommend using a trackable shipping service — LA CLOTHES is not responsible for returns lost in transit
Refund Method
· Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
· Credit card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank
Partial Refunds
· Items returned with visible signs of wear, missing tags, or in unsellable condition may receive a partial refund of up to 50% at our discretion
· Items with strong odors, stains, or damage will not be eligible for a refund
Exchanges
Size Exchanges
· We offer free size exchanges within the United States
· Contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange
· We will ship the replacement item at no additional cost once we receive the original item
Color/Style Exchanges
· If you'd like a different color or style, please initiate a return and place a new order
· This ensures you receive your preferred item before it sells out
Exchange Processing Time
· Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the original item
· Replacement items are shipped via standard shipping (5–8 business days)
Damaged or Defective Items
Reporting Damages
· If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
· Email info@laclothes.store with:
· • Your order number
· • Photos of the damaged/defective item
· • A description of the issue
Resolution
· We will provide a prepaid return label for damaged/defective items
· You may choose a full refund or a replacement item at no additional cost
· Damaged/defective items do not count against your return limit
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:
· Check your bank/credit card statement again
· Contact your bank or credit card company — refunds may take time to process
