· All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Sunday, excluding U.S. federal holidays)
· Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days are typically processed the same day
· Orders placed on holidays will be processed on the next business day
Free Domestic Shipping
· All orders within the United States ship FREE — no minimum order required
· Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days after processing
· We use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments
Domestic Only
· We currently only ship within the United States
· We do not offer international shipping at this time
Order Tracking
· A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships

Address Policy
· Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order
· LA CLOTHES is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses

· Additional shipping charges may apply to reship to the correct address
Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
· If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, wait 48 hours — tracking sometimes updates early
· If still not received, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier
· We will offer a replacement or full refund once the investigation is resolved
Damaged Packages
· If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage
· We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
