Thank you for shopping with LA CLOTHES! Once your order has shipped, you can easily track your package using the instructions below.
How to Track Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from info@laclothes.store containing your tracking number and carrier information.
Steps to track your package:
Check your email inbox (and spam/junk folder) for a shipping confirmation email from LA CLOTHES.
Click the tracking link provided in the email, or enter your tracking number manually on the carrier's website:
• USPS: https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction_input
• UPS: https://www.ups.com/track
Your tracking information will update within 24–48 hours after shipment.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Tracking Number Not Working?
If your tracking number shows no updates:
The carrier may not have scanned your package yet. Please check again after 24 hours.
Ensure you are using the correct carrier website (USPS vs UPS).
If the issue persists after 48 hours, contact us at info@laclothes.store or call +1 (424) 464-0220 (Monday – Saturday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM PST).
Missing or Lost Packages
If your package shows as "delivered" but you have not received it:
· Check with neighbors or other household members.
· Look around your delivery area (porch, mailbox, side door, garage).
· Wait 48 hours — carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered prematurely.
· If you still cannot locate your package after 48 hours, contact us at info@laclothes.store and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
· We will offer a replacement or full refund once the investigation is resolved.
Orders placed before 19:00 PM PST on a business day are typically processed the same day.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
